Upstairs, you’ll enjoy a bright and open living space with a fully equipped kitchen with air fryer with complimentary spices, cooking oil, coffee tea and creamer. Downstairs, the bedrooms each feature a smart TV and sliding glass doors leading to their own private patios. A full bathroom completes the lower level, designed with both comfort and convenience in mind. Hotel style amenities included like shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Perfect for short getaways or extended stays, this home blends modern amenities with a relaxing atmosphere—making it an ideal place to unwind and feel at home. Longer stays welcome.

Other Details to Note

This private home is part of a duplex with its own entrance and no shared spaces. Though there are shared walls, they are well insulated and noise is rarely heard from the attached unit. Please note, the garage is not accessible. Out of respect for neighbors, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. For the comfort of all guests and neighbors pets, smoking, vaping and parties are not permitted. A $300.00 minimum fee may be charged if evidence of pets, smoking, vaping, excessive garbage, excessive mess, staying past checkout, delaying the cleaning crew, strong odors or parties is discovered.
